Julia Schell has been a professional photographer for 10 years. Her first published photographs -- of famed producer James P. Nichols (â?oBring In â?~Da Noise, Bring In â?~Da Funkâ??) and composer Carter Burwell -- appeared in Mix magazine. Some of the events she has photographed include the Annual Audio Engineering Society Convention, the First Latin American Rock Convention and the Dramatist Guild Gala. After attending the Berklee College of Music, Julia developed an interest in capturing the images of top musicians and celebrities on film. Her portfolio includes rap superstar 50 Cent, Olivia, Fat Joe, Lalah Hathaway, Lil Kim, Wu-Tangâ?Ts GZA and many more.

Recently Julia has been spending her time shooting actors, models and children in the East Village, and getting her one year old son to smile!
